What is Biokinetics?
13 01 2007Biokinetics is holistic personal training that draws on the Western understanding of biomechanics and Eastern energetic wisdom. It is a new form of exercise and personal training that uses full range, freedom of motion to achieve all of your individual fitness needs.
The Biokinetic system goes above and beyond the individual practices of yoga, Pilates, martial arts and weight training and combines their most effective techniques to create one smooth, efficient workout. The results you achieve may include:

Biokinetic is taught on hand-crafted, specialized equipment and is based on Dr. Gustav Zander’s Kineso therapeutic principles.
